It's Pink Saturday and a Time for Sharing...

After a miserable time last week trying to post for Pink Saturday I have finally made it again! A few kind people told me that I should use a blog editor and that is just what I may have to do. I have four, yes, ladies, four blogs (I have to be out of my mind) and have been so frustrated with the Blogger editor. I've been on the internet and using a computer at home since 1997 and have never been so confused as to how to use something easily and seamlessly. But, enough of that, here we go!

Over the past couple of weeks I've had the chance to stop at my local Goodwill Store to do a little browsing. I am a sucker for cookbooks and for recipe collecting and happened to spy this little gem. When my grandsons are here for sleepovers we like to make smoothies, so this book was begging to come home with me!

I can't believe that I have been doing Pink Saturday for most of this year and never thought to share with you my kitchen scale. Honestly, I don't weigh that much food, but it was pink and it was calling my name, so it made it through my back door. Mostly I use it to hold fresh fruit on the kitchen counter.

 

 During another Goodwill stop I found this sweet, little bunny who now sits on my kitchen window sill. She looks at me when I am doing dishes or cleaning veggies at the kitchen sink.

Another pinkie found at Goodwill, this isn't going to be a permanent fixture in my home. All polished up, it has been offered for sale on eBay. Although, I do have to say that it was a tough call whether or not to keep it but I just have so much counter space and do need to use it every now and then for actual cooking and not just to display pink goodies!

 

Last, but by far not the least, is my Miss Camille Suzanne. She mentioned to me today that she would like to share with her fans her sweet, and purr-ecious, pink nosie and darling pink toesies! And, yes, she is just as soft as she looks - much like holding whipping cream that purrs. (Don't ask me how in the world she got into that pose. She never told me.)
