Ingredients
- * 1 pound white candy coating, coarsely chopped
- * 1 package (1 pound) Nutter Butter peanut butter cookies (store brand, if you can find them work just as well)
- * miniature semisweet chocolate chips
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating, stirring occasionally. Dip cookies into coating, covering completely. I found the easiest way to coat the cookies is to stick a toothpick into the filling and dip it using that. Not so much on the fingers that way and no tell-tale signs on the cookies where you had to patch the coating. Place on waxed paper.
While coating is still warm, place two chips on each cookie for eyes. Let stand until set. Store in an airtight container. Yield: about 3 dozen.

I just love your fall ideas. (Especially when they involve nutter butters -- my husband's favorite cookie!)
Thank you for having such a terrific blog. Keep up the great work!
