Make Some Crazy Quilt Caramel Apples for Halloween Fun

Get creative and let your imagination run wild! The kids will have such a good time decorating these little beauties and you will have a camera filled with memories to share with friends and family!

1/4 cup gummy worms
1/4 cup Halloween sprinkles
1 (1.4 oz.) chocolate and toffee bar, crushed
1 (1.5 oz.) bag Reese's pieces
1/4 cup candy corn
1/4 cup small cinnamon candies
8 small apples
1 (14 oz.) bag soft caramel candies, each unwrapped
1/4 cup heavy cream

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place candy (except caramels) in separate small bowls. Insert a craft stick into stem end of each apple.

Place caramels and cream in a heavy saucepan and heat on medium-low, stirring, until caramels have melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.

Hold an apple by its stick over pot and spoon caramel over apple to coat, allowing excess to drip back into pot (if caramel gets too stiff, reheat for a minute or 2 to loosen). Press candy into caramel on apple and place apple, stick side up, on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining apples and candy. Let apples stand until caramel has cooled, about 10 minutes.

The kids would love these for sure, but who cares, I want one.
Thank you for sharing, I might give them a try. One for you, two for me...Trick or Treat.
Hugs, Mary

Hello~I've just strolled into your blog for my first visit...I've enjoyed taking a peek at your past posts. You've got so many wonderful projects and recipes.
I've got a white cat who has cute little pink ears like the kitty in your photo.

The one thing that could cheer me up as I watched summer close was... the anticipation of fall and all the autumnal colors that come with it. Providing creative inspiration like yours.

I've bookmarked you in my favs.
I look forward to coming by your charming blog again.
Come by for a visit. Your company would be nice.

Sweet wishes,

Hello Mimi, Would you believe that I'm still making my Pink Saturday visits. LOL Seems that time goes so quick anymore. Anyway thank you so much for stopping by to see how Molly is doing. She is doing much better now. The drainage stopped they they took her staples out. She's almost herself now. So far her stomach seems to be doing good and not bloating up at all.
Thank you so much for your concern!
These apples look delish. I love them, your pink bowl and pillow are just beauitful.
Talk to you soon,
